絕緣介電強(qiáng)度擊穿試驗(yàn)儀產(chǎn)品概述

本試驗(yàn)機(jī)適用于固體絕緣材料如：塑料、薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、硅膠、玻璃、絕緣漆等，在空氣或液體介質(zhì)中，測量工頻（48~62Hz）或?qū)?yīng)直流電壓下?lián)舸?qiáng)度和耐電壓時間。

適用范圍：

適用于連續(xù)均勻升壓或逐級升壓的方式，對試樣施加交流/或直流                                                                           電壓直至擊穿，測量擊穿電壓值，計(jì)算試樣的擊穿強(qiáng)度；用迅速升壓的方法，將電壓升到規(guī)定值，保持一定的時間試樣不擊穿，定此時規(guī)定值為試樣的耐電壓值。

術(shù)語和定義：

1. 耐電壓值： 迅速將電壓升高到規(guī)定值，保持一定時間試樣未被擊穿，稱此電壓值為試樣的耐電壓值，以kV表示。
2. 擊穿電壓： 試樣在某一電壓作用下被擊穿，此時的電壓值稱擊穿電壓，以kV表示。
3. 擊穿電壓強(qiáng)度： 試樣的擊穿電壓與其厚度之比，稱電壓強(qiáng)度，以KV/mm表示。

注意事項(xiàng)：

3、儀器不能在有強(qiáng)烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗(yàn)環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正常現(xiàn)象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進(jìn)行放電，放電時間5秒以上。
7、每次進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)前，必須檢查儀器接地。
